World Trade Center Tower 4

John V. Dinan Associates worked with Tishman Construction on the World Trade Center Tower 4, located at 150 Greenwich Street. We provided pre construction surveys and progress photographs before and during construction.

The proposed structure will be a 2.3 million-square-foot, 64-story tower that will be the fourth tallest skyscraper at the World Trade Center site at 975 feet from street level. With offices beginning at 139 feet above street level, the building will include 56 office floors, one-third of which will be occupied by the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. The building's first five floors will house retail space, and the remaining 56 floors will be filled with offices. The retail portion of the building will make up its "podium," consisting of a ground floor level, three levels above grade, and two levels below grade. The tower also will provide primary access from Wall Street to the below-grade transportation and retail concourse, which will connect to the central PATH terminal.

Designed by Maki and Associates, 150 Greenwich Street is intended to assume a quiet, dignified presence at the site. The structure will face directly onto the World Trade Center (WTC) Memorial Park from the west.

With the target completion in the year 2012, the World Trade Center Tower 4 will complete the spiral composition formed by the four new World Trade Center towers.
