Roof Protection Plans

John V. Dinan Associates prepares roof protection plans for projects with this requirement. The roof protection plan is usually prepared for structures being built higher than the surrounding structures. We have also been able to incorporate roof protection plans into our landmark protection plans, based on the project requirements.

When John V. Dinan Associates prepares a roof protection plan we make sure that it protects the adjacent roofs, sidewalks, rear yards, courtyards, retaining walls, gardens, landscaping, etc.

The roof protection plan contains information on all of the steps that should be taken to avoid damage to these adjacent items. Depending on the project, some of the protection measures include erecting a construction fence, constructing a corner guard, protective netting, sidewalk bridges, and various types of roof protection made of different kinds of material. These procedures are outlined in an organized plan according to the construction timeline of the specific project. The plan also includes all of the materials that should be used to install or construct each protective measure. Along with this plan we prepare a professional plans outlining where each protective measure should be implemented. If we have all the required information pertaining to the project, we can prepare a roof protection plan in 1-3 days.
