Mass Transit Inspection
Pre Construction Surveys and Vibration Monitoring for NYCTA, MTA, LIRR, NJT
Working with the NYCTA, MTA, LIRR, and NJT requires very specific insurance as well as the approval by these organizations to perform the work. John V. Dinan Associates has been working with these organizations since 1925. We meet all of the insurance requirements and are just a phone call away from scheduling inspection and vibration monitoring work, which can be a timely process without key connections.
Pre Construction Subway Inspection:
John V. Dinan Associates has approval from the above mentioned organizations due to our high quality of work. We thoroughly examine and photograph all accessible areas of the Subway Station/Tunnel. Depending on the project, the areas of inspection may include the walls, ceilings, platform, partial tracks, subway stair entrance(s), and mezzanine level walls, ceiling, and floor adjacent to the construction site. A pre construction subway inspection and vibration monitoring is required for any project that has excavating taking place within 20 feet of any part of the mass transit structure.
