IAC Interactive Corp Headquarters

John V. Dinan Associates provided pre and post construction surveys along with vibration monitoring for the IAC Building project. We are honored that we were able to contribute to the successful completion of this undertaking. Completed in 2007, this $62 million, 10-story office building in Manhattan’s Chelsea District serves as the East Coast headquarters of IAC/ InterActiveCorp, a prominent multi-media firm.

Designed by renowned Architect Frank Ghery, the building is located between 18th and 19th Streets, across from the Chelsea Pier in Manhattan. The gross area of the building is 550,000 square feet which includes retail space in the lower floors and typical office space above the 7th floor. There is also underground parking for 70 cars. The building is reminiscent of the boat sails on the adjacent Hudson River. The exterior was sculpted with a glass-façade to produce dramatic angles and spectacular views for the interior office spaces.
