11 Times Square

Eleven Times Square will be located on Eighth Avenue between 41st and 42nd Streets and will feature a glass lobby entrance off 41st Street. The 40-story, 1.1 million square-foot tower will provide offices with a minimum of 9’6” floor-to-ceiling glass and unobstructed views of the Hudson River, Times Square and Midtown Manhattan. The design allows for prominent exterior building signage 600 feet above Times Square and roof terraces on several floors. Boasting energy-efficient, high performance building systems, the state-of-the-art tower will seek LEED Gold Certification. The property will also include 53,000 square feet of retail space on three levels and 13,000 square feet of retail signage along 42nd Street and the corner of Eighth Avenue.
